    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
      • All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method.
      • If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
      • Your payment schedule will be emailed to you or you can login at any time to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
      • If you wish to return your items you can choose an exchange, or the payment plan can be cancelled.
      • If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early.
      • If you fail to make payment, you will be charged a late payment fee of $8 with a further $8 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.

    We have multiple shipping options for you because we know that sometimes that shoe-fix can wait and sometimes it can’t!

     

    What shipping options do you have?

    • We offer two shipping speeds for your convenience:
      • Express is 1-2 business days from dispatch
      • Ground is 3-5 business days from dispatch
    • Please note that regional areas may be subject to delays on the above timeframes.



    How much does shipping cost?

    • Ground shipping is $12.50 or FREE on orders over $100
    • Express shipping is $20 or FREE on orders over $350



    How long does dispatch take?

    • Orders received before 12noon PST will ship the same day. Orders received after 12noon PST will ship next day. Please note that our warehouse doesn’t ship orders over the weekend or on public holidays.
    • Pre-order products are subject to the delivery dates indicated at the time of purchase and may be subject to change.

    Can I track my delivery?

    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email which will include your tracking number and a link to the carrier tracking site.

    • Sometimes the carrier can take 24 hours to update shipping. If you tracking number isn’t updating or working, please reach out to us as soon as you can via enquiries@tonybianco.com and we can help you out. 

     

    How can I make a change to my order?

    • If you order has been dispatched, please take note of your carrier and tracking ID and then use the links below to arrange any changes to your delivery.

    What states do you deliver to?

    • Tony Bianco currently only delivers to the 48 contiguous states of America. For a full list please click here.

     

    Do you ship internationally from the USA?

    • Unfortunately we don’t offer international shipping from our USA website just yet. If we do make this change we will be sure to let you know. Make sure you are subscribed to marketing emails to be the first to know!

    Need to return an item purchased online? We're here to help, every step of the way. 

     

    Returns policy

    • Full priced items can be returned for a change of mind refund or a store credit. If you purchase a full priced item using a promotional code, this is still considered eligible for a refund.
    • Markdown items with a red price can be returned for for a store credit only, unless deemed faulty.
    • USA orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • We do not accept change of mind returns for gift vouchers, made to order shoes or certain accessories such as shoe care, hats, watches or jewellery, unless deemed faulty.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of their return postage, unless deemed faulty by our team.
    • If you believe your item to be faulty please let us know in writing at enquiries@tonybianco.com

     

    Online returns via post

    • You will receive a pre-printed returns label inside your order to use in the event that you need to return your order to us.
    • Package your goods with all original packaging (including your shoe box) with your receipt and completed returns form.
    • Securely attach the pre-printed returns label to the front of your return.
    • You will be issued with a Fedex Ground label so head to www.fedex.com/locate/ to find your closest drop off location.
    • Please allow 10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and 5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives. For faulty returns, please allow an additional 2 business days for your return to be processed.
    • When your return has been received, the cost of your return will be deducted from your refund or credit note.
    • If you do not want to use the label provided for you, you are welcome to send your return to the below address. Tony Bianco is unable to provide a refund or credit for any packages that do not arrive safely to our warehouse.

    Processing returns 

    • Please allow 10 days for your return to reach our warehouse.
    • Please allow 5 business days from the date of delivery back to our warehouse for your return request to be processed.
    • Please allow an additional 2 business days for faulty items to be assessed and processed.
    • If you have selected a refund or store credit, you will receive a refund/credit notification via email.
    • Please note that refunds may take time to clear between banking institutions.

     

    Faulty/incorrect items

    We are sorry to hear that your order was not perfect. So what now? Please follow the below steps.  
    1. Email customer service at enquiries@tonybianco.com 
    2. Write a description of the fault/incorrect item 
    3. Include your order number and proof of purchase 
    4. Include photos of our product team to assess 
    Products that have a major fault may be returned for a refund, credit note or an exchange for another item. For items with minor faults, we can often repair these for you!

     

     

    Gift vouchers

    • If you have received a credit for a sale item back onto a gift voucher then this can only be used on https://www.us.tonybianco.com and cannot be used to shop on the Australian Store.

    • All returns will be $12.50 via Fedex Ground service. 

    What if I've lost my returns label?

    • If you have misplaced your returns label then we are unable to re-supply this to you. You will need to find a reputable shipping partner that has  traceable postage service and ship back to us at your own cost.

    If you are between sizes or need assistance to select your best fit, please contact us at Customer Service. We recommend trying your new shoes on a soft surface (like carpet) to ensure they are the correct size, before wearing outdoors.

     

    Sizes listed on the Tony Bianco website will be USA and EU sizing.

     

    If a style runs small or runs large, this information will be noted in the description section of each product. If there are no size notes, it means the product runs true to size.

    How To Measure Boots

    1. Shaft Height 

    Measured from the bottom of the boots to the top of the foot

    2. Heel Height

    Measured up the centre back of the heel to where the boots meets the boot sole

    3. Boot Opening 

    Measured around the circumference of opening at the top of the boot

    To compare our boot measurements to your body, use tape measure to measure the length from the bottom of your heel upwards.
